Say the directions your way. The rider gets them theirs.
A customer speaks in their language; the delivery rider sees the gate, floor and landmark as big coloured tiles and hears them in theirs.
Directions are the part of a delivery that goes wrong when two people do not share a language. A rider who misses one number or one landmark loses minutes at the wrong gate.
